It was such an example was not, formalized separately, in the aftermath, it is rare who changes the types of residence permits))) Let’s start with the fact that the unskilled work from the category of cashier, etc. the foreigner will not take almost 100%, these places will always be Hungarian labor (and therefore the priority for them), and with foreigners for the employer “more problems”. Secondly, in such positions, the salary at best will amount to 350 euros (with a good confluence of circumstances) that rather entails a refusal of the authorities to issue you a residence permit, especially if the apartment is removable, but also with its own real estate with such income high probability of failure. Although this item will not be approved, customers with minimal earnings did not come across. officially your salary should correspond to the Hungarian subsistence level (about 300 euros), but as a rule 500 are taken as a basis. As for the employer’s obligations: everything that is described in the contract, + your tax is deducted from your tax, the public insurance that is owed for you declare and pay the employer (from your own means). It is possible that you will be given money for a monthly trip, or bonuses in the form of Hungarian funded systems. About the design for you (although in any case you need to go personally) can only multinational company, but mostly all the people make out themselves. Large companies still sometimes provide cards for receiving services (a basic level) in their own & quot; polyclinics, dentistry.

Well this is understandable. This is the paradox of our life =)). To those who navor. has saved up: smile: enough money in the homeland are happy everywhere and always. Hungary is no exception. Probably, the governments of all countries of the world want foreigners to spend money in their countries, and very few allow to earn.

So of course, but did someone suppose that it could be different? Money is always scarce and everyone is always happy with their influx, but not the other way around. Not that “very few people allow you to earn”, but no one allows. There are, of course, some countries (Russia among them), where guest workers are more or less welcomed in connection with the lack of local people who want to work in such positions, and countries where they are ready to provide good work to high-class specialists (again, for lack of those among local) – Hungary does not belong to such countries.

Law-abiding is already implied, because for obtaining any national visa (type D) you must provide a certificate of non-conviction in your country. And in the future, even for a minor offense (an unpaid fine), the residence permits may not be extended, let alone criminal offenses. Assimilation is more or less required only when applying for citizenship: language, in some countries still a questionnaire on knowledge of history / culture / constitution. That’s when you get citizenship, then you can live like “ordinary Hungarian”, without any infringement of rights. You actually started with the concept of “new citizen”, but then mixed it with the notion “alien with residence permit”. In fact, it’s all the matter that if a foreigner does not like something, then simply do not extend his residence permit.

Hungary gives a residence permit when buying a property.
My residence permit card is already ready and is in the immigration authority of Hungary.
Next week I’ll take the food.
For especially suspicious masters, by the end of next week I can send a photo.
And do not ask why to take a residence permit card in Hungary, and not at the consulate in your home country;)
We just live in Europe, and we went forward;)

In the event that the residence permit is issued only for the purchase of real estate, its minimum price (stipulated in the law) is quite impressive: in Spain it is 500 thousand euros.
